We offer free shipping on all jewelry via insured UPS. Each piece is crafted to order with a production lead time of 7-10 business days. Please plan your purchases accordingly, particularly if you have specific dates in mind.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can receive a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date, as long as the item is in its original condition. FAST refunds are processed on the same business day we receive the returned jewelry. Additionally, within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange the item for a full credit towards another item of equal or greater value.

KOMO is dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction and peace of mind, which is why every jewelry purchase comes with our EASY lifetime warranty, covering any manufacturing defects related to the item's structure. If a manufacturing defect is beyond repair we will replace the jewelry item at no expense to you and cover all shipping costs. Any repairs done by an outside jeweler will void the EASY warranty.

• You'll receive the full amount you paid for your original diamond (excluding tax) as a credit towards your new diamond purchase.
• All original diamond certificates need to be provided to complete the return.
• The diamond being traded in must be undamaged and in its original condition.
• The new diamond purchase must be at least double the original trade-in value.
• We accept all mountings as part of the trade-in, despite wear. They will be valued based on the current market price of gold/platinum. A credit will also be offered for any side diamonds.
